Industry Animal Feed Pellet Plant

3-5T/H feed pellet plant is very suitable for an industrial feed pellet manufacturer. This plant is equipped with the ring die SZLH350 ring die feed pellet machine. The maximum capacity of the SZLH350 is 8T/H. This production line can process materials of corn, soybean, wheat, and other cereals into pellets for chicken and cow.

3.1 Raw material receiving and cleaning process
This process is used to clean and organize large pieces such as corn stover, stones, rope heads, branches, corn cobs and mud, small pieces such as sand and withered grains. When the raw material is a powder, a tapered powder sieve is used to clean the debris in the powder.
 
3.2Crushing process - hammer mill
We crush the raw material into a powder using a hammer mill. The material should be crushed into suitable pellets before the pelletizing process.

3.3 Pellet cooling process
The newly finished feed pellets are of high temperature,it will become moist if pack them directly into the packing bag.So they need cooling to the room temperature, the pellets can store a long time before after cooling. 

 

3.4 Screening process
This process mainly use the vibrating screen and full ring rotating screen, the qualified pellets will be delivered to the next process. 

 

3.5 Packing Process
This process is to pack the pellets into different bags, the packing bag size is from 10-50KG.
