Ring Die Wood Pellet Machine

1.1MKLH ring die biomass pellet machine is mainly for compressing the pulverized wood chips, grass into the pellets. It applies with a forced feeder, reinforced transmission parts, special ring mold, pressure roller, and hoop.
1.2 This machine equips with the 8mm and 10mm die because the test shows that these 2 sizes pellets are the most suitable for burning. We can also equip with the other size ring die.
1.3 It feeds the material with frequency conversion motor, it’s equipped with the overload protection device, off-machine discharge mechanism, and a lubrication oil pump lubrication system. 

This machine is composed of feeding, granulation, transmission, lubrication. The process requires the raw material moisture is less than 17%. The material enters the feeding screw conveyor through the hopper. In order to obtain suitable material flow, it will adjust the motor speed. Then the material will pass through the forced feeding device and enter the forced chamber for granulation.

Remarks: The material property has big influence on the capacity. Eg, the capacity of the hardwood pellets is less than the softwood pellets. The raw material shouldn’t be all powdered, the filamentous substance in the powder is more beneficial to the pellets granulation
 
Ring Die Biomass Pellet Machine Working Conditions
The working environment temp is 5-40℃
The machine before and after the granulator should be matched.
The voltage should be steady, the difference should be less than ±5％.
The raw material moisture should be less than 17%.
The digital ammeter and pilot switch should be installed at the production site.
